What happened?
Last week I got my summer clothes out, my sandals, and was sunbathing in bikini. Now we're back to friggin almost-as-cold-as-the-winter weather. And here was I looking forward to see smiling people lightly dressed, and lots and lots of outdoor cafes.
There is something not right this year. Spring/summer is delayed everywhere. Is there a conspiracy going on? Am seriously thinking of moving south...

There's a thought, but I was in Stewart (Stuart?) Island (the little spot on the map south of New Zealand) and it was friggin cold. They had the best beaches, but the water never got above 14 degrees C. So, thanks for the tip but I don't think so.
