Eating

Everybody who is anybody in the healthy world tells you that it is extremely important to eat regularly. Bollocks. Why? I eat when I am hungry. And when I'm not, I do not eat. Simple, isn't it?

Some days I cannot stop eating. Other days I am simply not hungry. What does this do to my body? I don't know. I just know that I want to eat when I'm hungry, and when I'm not, I do not eat. To me it sounds plain and simple. To you?

After I have quit my job, I started to eat when I wanted and somehow more important WHAT I wanted. So, the result of all was I lost approx 7 kilos weight, just because I listened to my body. AND, even when my body said "I'm hungry" and I heaven't eat - I still feel better than the time before. It's a great feling to do what you want even if it does not seem healthy.
