The poor Germans

Nobody likes them. Not even the Swiss, and in our foreign minds they are mini-Germans. Yet the Germans are a force to be reckoned with. 82,431,390 (give or take) of them. Europe's largest economy and second most populous nation. Not easy to ignore.

And haven't we all come across them? I think one of the most prime examples is on the beach. Ze Germans all get up at 5 in the morning, get to the beach and mark "their" chairs/beds with a towel. Which means when the rest of us get up, all chairs/beds are taken.

My advice? Throw the towels to the side, and get on the chair/bed yourself :)...

this is what the other kind of Ze Germans do...througing towels to a side.

so did I last vacation and I had a relaxed time on that chair for approx 3 hours ... but then Ze "towel owner" returned and started discussion. I mean he has been hours away from that chair ... so what's the problem?!?!?

The same happens with places in the shadow. These kind of Ze Germans return from where ever and wonder why they don't get the same place in the shadow...
May be it's just because the earth is moving ... ??? :-))

Good to know not all Germans are the same :)...

Let's decide to have the same approach to all the other irritating national traits...including my own!
