Russia

This is a nationality I have little or no experience of. However, I remember my tax-man saying to me when I moved last time that Russia would be a good place. Only because the taxes are very low (tax people are funny with that :)...coming to think of it I am also interested in low taxes). Saw a telly program tonight about nouveau riche in Moscow. Guess the conclusion is that money can buy things but not taste.
